Available Position – Junior Engineer (Civil – Finishing)
- Location: Sector 53, Gurugram
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (from a recognized institution)
- Experience: 4–5 years (mandatory in high-rise residential/commercial projects)
- Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
- Industry: Real Estate – High-Rise Residential & Commercial Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and execution of finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, and interiors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per architectural drawings, finishing specifications, and approved quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams to meet timelines.
- Monitor material usage, ensure proper availability, and reduce wastage.
- Conduct quality checks, verify mock-ups, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including snag lists, progress reports, and rectification records.
- Address site issues related to finishing works and escalate concerns to the Project Manager when required.
- Follow safety, health, and environmental norms at the site.
