Open Positions – MARS Consultancy Careers 2025

1. Team Leader

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engg. + PG in Hydraulic Engg.
• Exp: 15+ yrs (10 yrs in dams/irrigation DPR, min. 2 DPR projects)
• Must have handled DPR/design/supervision for 3 dam/irrigation projects

2. Hydraulic Structure Design Expert

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engg. + PG in Structural Engg.
• Exp: 15+ yrs (10 yrs in structural design of dams/irrigation DPRs)
• Must have designed 3 projects (dams, spillways, pipelines, canals)

3. Water Resource Expert

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engg. + PG in Hydraulic Engg.
• Exp: 15+ yrs (10 yrs in WR, hydrology, dam projects)
• Must have handled reservoir studies & flood estimation for 3 projects

4. Geologist cum Material Engineer

• Qualification: Civil Engg./Geology Graduate + PG in Geology/Geotech. Engg.
• Exp: 15+ yrs (10 yrs in geology/infrastructure projects)
• Must have managed drilling, testing, foundation consultancy in 3 projects

5. Finance Expert

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce + PG / MBA (Finance)
• Exp: 10+ yrs (5 yrs in infra/WR projects financial analysis)
• Must have handled PPP/advisory for infra projects ≥ ₹50,000 Cr

6. Environmental Specialist

• Qualification: Graduate + PG in Environmental Science
• Exp: 10+ yrs (5 yrs in infra EIA)
• Must have handled MoEF clearance for projects ≥ ₹5,000 Cr

7. Social & R&R Expert

• Qualification: Graduate + PG in Social Sciences
• Exp: 10+ yrs (5 yrs in SIA studies)
• Must have worked on R&R for 3 large infra projects

8. Cadastral Expert

• Qualification: Diploma + Graduate in Civil Engg.
• Exp: 10+ yrs (8 yrs cadastral work in Maharashtra)
• Must have handled 3 infra projects in Maharashtra

9. Land Acquisition Expert

• Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in any stream
• Exp: 10+ yrs (8 yrs in LA in Maharashtra till possession stage)
• Must have worked on 3 infra projects (proposal to possession)

10. Senior Surveyor

• Qualification: Diploma + Graduate in Civil Engg.
• Exp: 10+ yrs (8 yrs as Surveyor in infra projects)
• Must have surveyed 3 infra projects

11. Quantity Surveyor

• Qualification: Diploma + Graduate in Civil Engg.
• Exp: 10+ yrs (8 yrs infra projects)
• Must have worked as QS in similar projects

12. Contract Expert

• Qualification: Graduate Civil Engg. + Law / PG in Mgmt. / Contract Mgmt. Certification
• Exp: 10+ yrs (8 yrs in infra contracts)
• Must have worked as Contract Specialist in major projects
