Open Positions – Planning & QS Department

HG Infra is hiring for multiple levels in its Planning & Quantity Surveying team. The roles are open to civil engineers with experience in highway, railway, or metro projects.

1. AGM / DGM – Planning & Scheduling

• Experience Required: 15+ years
• Key Skills:
  • Hands-on exposure to Primavera (P6) & Microsoft Projects
  • Expertise in project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control
  • Strong leadership in managing planning functions for large infra projects

2. Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning

• Experience Required: 10–15 years
• Key Skills:
  • Develop detailed project schedules
  • Track progress and identify delays
  • Coordinate with site teams for timely execution

3. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Planning

• Experience Required: 7–10 years
• Key Skills:
  • Support in creating work schedules and monitoring project milestones
  • Assist senior managers in resource planning and reporting

4. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Billing

• Experience Required: 7–10 years

  • Client & subcontractor billing experience

5. Planning Engineer / Sr. Engineer

• Experience Required: 3–7 years

6. Billing Engineer / Sr. Engineer

• Experience Required: 3–7 years
