1. Project Head – 1 Position

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 18–25 years (High-Rise Projects G+30 and above)
• Preference: Prior Client/PMC roles

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project from planning to completion.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, safety, and quality standards.

2. Planning Manager – 1 Position

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 10–12 years (High-Rise Projects G+30 and above)
