Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Infrastructural Engineering / Planning
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Urban Infrastructure Management
- OR MBA/PGDM in Project Management (PMP certification preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15–20 years of professional experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, urban development, or construction projects
- Proven expertise in project leadership, planning, execution, and stakeholder management
- Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules
- Excellent understanding of urban development policies, construction regulations, and sustainable project management practices
Role Overview
