• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil)
• Experience: 4–12 years with reputed contracting firms handling Residential and Commercial projects
• Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) – mandatory
  • Expertise in quantity estimation, billing, and cost management
  • Coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ability to work on large-scale construction projects with accuracy
