1. Civil Engineer (with Driving License / Dubai Municipality License)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in construction, site execution, or quality control
Skills Required:
- Valid UAE driving license
- Knowledge of DM standards and project documentation
- Experience in precast or infrastructure projects preferred
2. Facility Supervisor (with Driving License)
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Facility Management
Experience: 3–6 years in managing facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
Skills Required:
- Ability to manage technical teams and contractors
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license
3. Customer Service Assistant
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
