1. Supervisors – Electrical

• Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Diploma
• Experience: 2–12 years
• Preference: Candidates with experience in large residential or commercial projects.

2. Supervisors – Plumbing

• Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Diploma
• Experience: 2–12 years
• Preference: Hands-on experience in plumbing systems for high-rise or township projects.

3. Electricians

• Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Diploma
• Experience: 2–12 years
• Preference: Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, installations, and maintenance in real estate projects.

4. Plumbers

• Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Diploma
• Experience: 2–12 years
• Preference: Candidates familiar with residential and commercial building plumbing works.

5. Civil Supervisors (Structure & Finishing Works)

• Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Diploma
• Experience: 2–12 years
• Preference: Background in managing site execution, structural work, and finishing activities.

6. Foremen – Shuttering (MIVAN & Conventional)

• Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Diploma
• Experience: 2–12 years
• Preference: Knowledge of shuttering systems, particularly MIVAN technology, will be an advantage.

7. Foremen – Steel

• Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Diploma
• Experience: 2–12 years
• Preference: Strong skills in steel reinforcement and fabrication for large projects.
