👔 Job Position – QS & Billing Manager / Sr. Manager
Position Details
- Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager – QS & Billing
- Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad
- Experience Required: 15+ years in Civil Engineering (with strong QS & Billing expertise)
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

📌 Key Responsibilities
The Manager / Sr. Manager – QS & Billing will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end QS and billing functions across projects.Aparna Constructions QS & Billing Jobs 2025.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Design & Drawing Coordination
- Conduct design review meetings in collaboration with Senior Architects and project teams.
- Ensure timely availability of design and development drawings.
- Freeze Tender/GFC drawings in coordination with the design department.
- Formwork & Technical Support
- Finalize Mivan formwork design with vendors.
- Review and approve shop drawings and modulation drawings.
- Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis
- Assist Head QS in evaluating and ratifying non-tender items.
- Perform detailed rate analysis and support rate finalization.
- Negotiate and finalize work orders / subcontractor orders during project execution.
- Budgeting & BOQ Preparation
- Track budgets and work orders effectively.
- Prepare BOQ in collaboration with the design team.
- Ensure accurate material take-off from BOM during execution stage.
- Track quarterly budgets along with site QS teams.
- Contractor & Vendor Management
- Work closely with contractors and execution teams for valuation, certification, and bill finalization.
- Support vendor empanelment for special packages such as hardscaping, landscaping, interiors, claddings, and artworks.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Billing & Documentation
- Monitor contractor billing and certification as per organizational norms.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for timely vendor and contractor payments.
- Maintain a robust database of BOQ, billing, invoices, and supporting documents.
- ERP & MIS Reporting
- Lead MIS development and ensure effective QS reporting.
- Leverage ERP software for efficient billing, contract management, and data analysis.

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in QS & Billing (preferably in large-scale residential/commercial projects)
- Core Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in estimation, costing, and rate analysis
- Hands-on experience in billing, BOQ preparation, and contract administration
- Knowledge of Mivan formwork and modern construction methodologies
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
