Location: Across India (Project-based assignments possible)

This position demands a strategic HR leader who understands the complexities of construction projects and can efficiently manage manpower planning, employee relations, statutory compliance, and site-level administration.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading HR & Admin functions for construction projects and corporate requirements.
Human Resources Management
- Develop and execute HR policies, systems, and frameworks aligned with company objectives.
- Manage talent acquisition for project-specific and corporate hiring needs.
- Oversee employee life cycle management – onboarding, training, performance management, and retention.
- Implement welfare and employee engagement programs to improve productivity.
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure smooth administrative operations at project sites and offices.
- Oversee statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other regulations.
- Manage contract labor workforce and coordinate with contractors.
- Handle logistics, site facilities, and office administration.
Leadership & Coordination
- Act as a bridge between management and project teams.
- Provide strategic HR inputs to senior leadership.
- Build a strong HR & Admin team to support the organization’s rapid growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
- 15+ years of experience in HR & Admin, specifically in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to handle large-scale manpower at project sites.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance corporate HR functions with site-level HR challenges.
