Available Positions
1. Senior HSE Manager
Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech with a Government-recognized full-time Diploma in Safety, OR
- B.E/B.Tech in Safety, OR
- International certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), NEBOSH Diploma, Grad IOSH, or CMIOSH.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in infrastructure projects such as Railways, Metro, Highways, Tunnels, Power Projects, Airports, Bridges, or Flyovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive HSE policies and programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and client-specific safety requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Lead and train HSE teams to promote a safety-first culture at all project locations.
2. HSE Manager
Qualification:
- Any Degree with a full-time Diploma in Safety from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within infrastructure projects such as Railways, Metro, Highways, Tunnels, Power Projects, Airports, Bridges, or Flyovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HSE operations on site.
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks.
- Monitor and report incidents, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project and client teams to maintain the highest safety standards.
3. HSE Executive
Qualification:
- Any Degree with a full-time Diploma in Safety from a recognized board or institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects such as Railways, Metro, Highways, Tunnels, Power Projects, Airports, Bridges, or Flyovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the site safety officer in implementing safety measures.
- Conduct daily site inspections and report unsafe conditions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, training records, and audit reports.
- Assist in emergency preparedness and safety awareness programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must have sound knowledge of HSE regulations, construction site safety, and risk management procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required for coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should be open to relocation or site postings across India based on project requirements.
