1. Civil Engineer (MIVAN Work)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 4 to 7 years in execution of high-rise commercial buildings
Requirement: Prior and proven experience in MIVAN construction technology is mandatory.
MIVAN shuttering technology has become essential for the construction of high-rise buildings due to its speed, accuracy, and durability. BL Kashyap is seeking engineers who are not only familiar with this system but have also successfully executed projects using MIVAN technology. 2. Foreman / Supervisor – MIVAN Shuttering
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: At least 5 years in MIVAN shuttering work

Candidates must have hands-on experience with MIVAN shuttering systems in high-rise projects and the ability to guide teams, manage productivity, and maintain safety standards on-site.
3. Foreman – Steel
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
