• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 3–8 years (Quality Control & Quality Assurance in Construction)
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines.
  • Implement QA/QC processes for civil works and finishing works.
  • Monitor material quality, testing, and vendor compliance.
  • Report defects and suggest corrective actions.

2️⃣ Civil Executive

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 2–6 years in residential/commercial project execution.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure timely execution of project work as per drawings and BOQ.
