1. Project Head – 1 Position

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 18–25 years (Client/PMC roles preferred)
• Expertise: Handling high-rise projects (G+30 floors and above) with strong leadership and coordination skills.

2. Planning Manager – 1 Position

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 10–12 years
• Expertise: Scheduling, project planning, resource management, and reporting for large-scale residential projects.

3. Manager – Civil – 1 Position

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 10–12 years
• Expertise: Site execution, monitoring construction quality, and managing finishing activities.

4. Manager – MEP – 1 Position

• Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Electrical
• Experience: 10–12 years
• Expertise: MEP systems in high-rise projects (G+30 floors and above), including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

5. Civil Engineers – 3 Positions

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 5–7 years
• Role: Site supervision, checking quality standards, and supporting project completion within timelines.

6. Safety Manager – 1 Position

• Qualification: Graduate with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
• Experience: 10–12 years
• Role: Implementing HSE policies, conducting safety audits, and ensuring safe work practices on-site.

7. Quality Manager – 1 Position

• Qualification: B.E. Civil
• Experience: 10–12 years
• Role: Establishing quality assurance systems, carrying out audits, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

8. Document Controller – 1 Position

• Qualification: Any Graduate Degree
• Experience: 4–6 years
