Kirby is currently hiring for the following roles:

1. Engineer / Junior Engineer / Senior Engineer (Construction)

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical) OR Diploma (Civil or Mechanical)
• Experience: 2 to 8 years in PEB / steel structures construction
• Role Overview:
  • Manage project execution of PEB and steel structures.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
  • Prepare progress reports and assist in problem-solving at project sites.

2. Assistant Manager (Construction)

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical) OR Diploma (Civil or Mechanical)
• Experience: 8 to 10 years in PEB / structural steel construction
• Role Overview:
  • Lead construction projects with complete responsibility for site management.
  • Supervise execution teams, contractors, and engineers.
  • Review drawings, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Manage resources effectively and handle client interactions.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing large-scale steel structure projects.

3. Supervisor (Construction)

• Qualification: ITI / Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: 2 to 10 years in site execution of PEB / steel structures
• Role Overview:
  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure proper workforce management and adherence to schedules.
  • Support engineers in achieving project goals.
  • Focus on quality workmanship, safety compliance, and reporting site progress.
