🚨 L&T Heavy Civil Recruitment – Chennai Metro
Position: Senior EHS Staff
Project: Chennai Metro (Elevated / Underground)
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: 20+ Years (Metro project experience is mandatory)
Education Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (Full-time) OR
- One-Year Full-Time Safety Course from a recognized university/institute
🛠 Expertise Required
- Proven background in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) in Metro Rail / Urban Transit / Rail Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, legal compliance, audits, and risk management in metro construction.
- Ability to lead large teams and implement robust safety culture across elevated and underground metro works.
- Hands-on experience in incident investigation, hazard identification, and preventive safety measures.
- Excellent leadership, reporting, and coordination skills with project stakeholders.
