RRB Technician Recruitment 2024: Exam Date @rrb big vacancies

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the examination schedule for 14,298 vacancies under Technician Grade 1 Signal and Technician Grade 3 posts. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is set to take place on 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, 26th, 28th, and 29th December 2024. Eligibility Criteria

RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification

Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications for the respective posts. For details, refer to the official notification.

Age Limit (As of 1st July 2024)

• Technician Grade 1 Signal: 18 to 36 years
• Technician Grade 3: 18 to 33 years
• Age Relaxation: Applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
2. Document Verification (DV)
3. Medical Examination

Technician Grade 1 Signal CBT

• Mode: Computer-Based Test
• Total Questions: 100
• Marks: 100
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Negative Marking: 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.

Technician Grade 3 CBT

• Similar to Grade 1 Signal, with slight variations in marking schemes.

Salary Details

• Technician Grade 1 Signal: ₹29,200/- per month (Pay Level 3)
• Technician Grade 3: ₹19,900/- per month (Pay Level 2)
