- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil
- Experience: Graduate – 7 years | Diploma – 10 years (Infrastructure projects)
- Sector Expert – Electrical (01 No.)
- Qualification: Graduate in Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical
- Experience: Graduate – 7 years | Diploma – 10 years

- Qualification: Graduate in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering OR Diploma

B. Appointment of Project Supervision Services Agency (PSSA)
(For supervision at construction sites/sections in the jurisdiction of CPM/Gati Shakti/GTL)
- Team Leader cum Project Manager (01 No.)
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in the construction industry
- Resident Engineer (01 No.)
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma
- Experience: Graduate – 10 years | Diploma – 15 years
- Site Engineer – Civil/S&T (04 Nos.)
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering OR Diploma
- Experience: Graduate – 7 years | Diploma – 10 years
- Quality Control Manager (01 No.)
