1. Site Engineer – Civil & Electrical

• Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Site execution in renewable energy or power projects preferred
• Role: Supervising civil or electrical works, ensuring quality and safety compliance.

2. Supervisor

• Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Relevant Certification
• Experience: 2–5 years in site supervision (renewable energy preferred)
• Role: Overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring progress as per schedule.

3. Safety Officer / Safety Engineer

• Qualification: B.E./Diploma with Safety Certification (NEBOSH/Equivalent)
• Experience: 3–8 years in site safety management
• Role: Ensuring workplace safety standards, conducting safety training, and implementing risk management protocols.

4. Quality Engineer – Civil / Electrical

• Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 3–7 years in quality assurance/quality control
• Role: Monitoring site quality, inspecting civil and electrical installations, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

5. Project Manager

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
• Experience: 10+ years in project management, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects

6. Site Admin

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Experience: 3–6 years in site administration and HR support
